This is our spin on a traditional Japanese seasoning salt.  We have added mineral rich nettles, and  Nova Scotia Dulse.  To add a hint of complexity we have included Red Shiso (Perilla).  Shiso has a distinct flavour that is reminiscent of cumin, and adds that umami quality to this salty sesame sprinkle.
 
We love this sprinkled on everything-  try it on rice, soup or popcorn.
