The nettle seeds are a zippy addition that support your adrenals and feel like a friend you can lean on when you feel too tired to keep going without support. We’ve included a sprinkle of sunflower petals to remember the growth that is possible. Zesty Mandarin orange peels are included for the bright flavour and also their bitterness which helps motivate us past sluggish emotional and physical digestion.
